當舖業管理規則－第11條
當舖業有左列情事之一者，應於十五日內依第六條規定，申請變更或換發營業許可執照。
一、名稱變更。
二、營業地址之變更。
三、出資人之變更。
四、資本額之變更。
五、經理人之變更。
申請換發營業許可執照，應繳回原領之營業許可執照，如為出資人變更應另附轉讓或合夥契約副本。
