遠洋漁業條例－第32條
主管機關得協助民間團體辦理下列事項：
一、與他國、國際漁業組織或國外漁業相關組織或機構進行與遠洋漁業產業或締結協議相關之談判。
二、與遠洋漁業產業相關之國際資訊、科技及人力資源之交流。
三、與遠洋漁業產業相關之國際科技標準化、共同研究調查或科技合作。
四、舉辦與遠洋漁業產業相關之國際學術會議或國際展覽。
五、研究分析漁產品海外市場，或傳遞遠洋漁業產業相關資訊。
六、培訓我國籍或非我國籍船員、幹部船員或觀察員。
七、其他遠洋漁業產業國際合作相關事項。
