觀光遊樂業管理規則－第15條
觀光遊樂業應依核定之興辦事業計畫興建，於興建前或興建中變更原興辦事業計畫時，應備齊變更計畫圖說及有關文件，報請主管機關核准。
前項應備變更計畫圖說及有關文件格式、審查作業方式，由交通部觀光局另定之；變更後之設置規模符合第四條之一規定者，由交通部觀光局受理、核准。
觀光遊樂業營業後，變更原興辦事業計畫時，準用前二項之規定。
經核定興辦事業計畫之開發期程變更，以二次為限。
但經依第十七條第一項、第二項規定，發給觀光遊樂業執照營業者，不在此限。
