加氣站設置管理規則（82.10.01訂定）－第30條
經營加氣站業者，違反本規則第十六條、第十九條、第二十一條至第二十二條、第二十四條、第二十六條至第二十七條之規定者，直轄市、縣(市)主管機關應通知限期改善；逾期未改善者，中央主管機關得依直轄市、縣(市)主管機關陳報，撤銷其加氣站經營許可執照。
