國內長途電話規則－第38條
長途電話之收費方式如左：
一、人工制通話，首次以三分鐘為一次，首次以後以一分鐘為一次，按次計費，通話時間不足三分鐘者，按三分鐘計費，超過三分鐘者，每增加一分鐘不論叫號、叫人或傳呼通話均按叫號通話一分鐘之價目收費。
二、自動制通話，以核定之通話秒數計次，按市內電話超次費價目計次收費。
