基層地政主管人員職期調任實施辦法－第5條
實施職期調任人員之職期定為三年，得連任一次。
其因業務特殊需要，得於連任期限屆滿後，准予延長一年。
縣(市)地政科長為配合縣(市)長任期需要，得以四年為一任，並得連任一次。
前項人員於必要時得隨時調任之。
