機械類產品型式驗證實施及監督管理辦法－第41條
有第三十七條及前條情形時，驗證機構應將未完成之驗證案件交由中央主管機關指定之其他驗證機構辦理。
驗證機構之認可經撤銷或廢止者，自認可終止日起三年內，不得重新申請認可為驗證機構。
但依前條第一款主動申請終止認可者，不在此限。
