公共電視法－第14條
有下列情形之一者，不得擔任董事：
一、公職人員。
但公立各級學校及學術研究機構之教學及研究人員，不在此限。
二、政黨黨務工作人員。
三、無線及有線廣播電視事業之負責人或其主管級人員。
四、從事電台發射器材設備之製造、輸入或販賣事業者。
五、投資前二款事業，其投資金額合計超過所投資事業資本總額百分之五者。
六、審查委員會之委員。
七、非本國籍者。
