有機溶劑中毒預防規則－第22條
雇主使勞工從事下列作業時，應供給該作業勞工輸氣管面罩，並使其確實佩戴使用：
一、從事第二條第十二款規定之作業。
二、於依第十一條第二款未設置密閉設備、局部排氣裝置或整體換氣裝置之儲槽等之作業場所或通風不充分之室內作業場所，從事有機溶劑作業，其作業時間短暫。
前項規定之輸氣管面罩，應具不使勞工吸入有機溶劑蒸氣之性能。
