勞工保險監理委員會辦事細則－第4條
業務監理組職掌如下：
一、保險年度計畫及年度總報告之審議事項。
二、保險業務之檢查及考核事項。
三、保險重要業務之審議事項。
四、保險法規及業務興革之研究建議審議事項。
五、保險監理業務檢討會及勞保業務研討會之規劃辦理事項。
六、其他有關保險業務監理事項。
前項第三款所稱保險重要業務包括保險年度計畫之變更、保險業務之委託辦理、保險業務重要契約之訂定及保險政策性行政措施等事項。
