客船管理規則－第76條
統艙內板墊或蓆墊地舖位，應符合下列規定：
一、板墊或蓆墊地舖應至少高出甲板頂面十公分。
二、地舖之上應保留高一百七十公分以上之空間。
但經航政機關或驗船機構認可者，得酌准放寬之。
三、自通道邊至最遠舖位中線之距離不得大於三百七十公分。
四、應予固定使不因浸水而浮起。
