國民住宅條例施行細則－第27條
本條例第二十四條第二項所稱經主管機關核准之住宅，指經直轄市、縣(市)主管機關核准，並以自行興建為原則之下列住宅：
一、因重大災害或配合實施重大建設拆遷戶需重建之住宅。
二、在農村、漁村、鹽區、廠礦區及偏遠地區原有老舊房屋須拆除重建或擬新建之住宅。
三、為景觀及其他特殊需要須重建或新建之住宅。
