短期票券交易商管理規則－第15條
短期票券交易商擔任商業票據之簽證、承銷、保證或背書時，須業發行此項商業票據之公司辦理徵信調查，查證其發行計畫與償還財源，憑以決定其發行數額，並須對買賣該項短期票券之客戶提供該發行公司之公開說明書。
但發行此項商業票據經由金融機構保證者，得免得理徵信調查。
